A bit about Michelle:

She believes in Karma. She plays by the rules, but thinks outside the box. She is fascinated by the inner workings of the mind and loves finding out what makes people tick. Michelle tries to make people around her feel comfortable and welcome. She believes in honesty and integrity. Her greatest joy is the appreciation from her friends, family and clients. Her family works as a team, taking turns cleaning and cooking, teaching responsibility and independence. This allows for more quality time spent with the family, like walking the dog around Crescent Park .

Home:

Originally from Montreal, she now lives with her husband and 2 children in Ocean Park. She spends her free time paddle boarding at Crescent Beach, Enjoying sunsets at the Pier in White Rock, Playing Tennis in Crescent Park, Sailing (with the help of her kids) at the CBSC (Crescent Beach Swim Club) and volunteering as a Coastal FC Coach as well as a Volleyball coach at Laronde Elementary.

Work:

Michelle started her Real Estate career in Vancouver, then moved her business to the Peninsula in 2007 with her husband who grew up in South Surrey/White Rock.

Having lived and worked around the world before becoming a Realtor, she knows what it means to feel taken care of by someone who's paying attention, and that's exactly how she shows up for her clients. This is also what makes her a relocation expert. The first step is getting to know the client and what they value.

It's part of why she's been a Fraser Valley Real Estate Medallion Club member for almost 10  years and recognized as a top realtor in South Surrey/White Rock and a valued realtor at Royal LePage Little Oak (formerly Northstar) office. She has been a consistent Royal LePage winner of President’s Gold, Platinum award, Award of Excellence, Top 10, and the prestigious TOP TIER & RED DIAMOND awards.

Having studied Marketing and H.R. means she brings real strategy to how your home gets positioned and marketed, and real people-skills to how she works through negotiations on your behalf.

Play:

Like most Vancouverites, she thoroughly enjoys the wondrous outdoors. She likes being challenged by individual sports such as Tennis, Surfing, Paddle Boarding & Volleyball. Michelle also enjoys the serenity of a quiet hike with friends. She is a strong believer that mental health and physical health are in a continuous loop with one another. Being fit is a vital component of what keeps her going in all aspects of life.
