Everyone wants to sell at top price with the least amount of effort. (D'huh) But what I do is make sure you have all the information in front of you so that you can make an educated decision. I am all about insuring that you feel good about your decision. I am there to guide you with my experience and skill at negotiating, especially if it lands in a multiple offer. Choosing the right Buyer is not always straight forward. Subjective value is something we will get into when you show me your home, and this will add $$$ to the price of your home.
